My bid for September was originally due to a plan to combine the trip with being at a wedding, but further plotting on this logic says I'd be busy at said wedding-type activities for a majority of VeavCon. Though I'd still suggest a date some time after 9/15, since costal hotels are much cheaper after that date.
August might not be so bad for me. I'll be out of town a week or two that month, but otherwise I'm free. I don't want to make all kinds of mess just for me to be there though. But 9/15-9/17 probably won't work for me, since I'd only really be there for the 17th when everyone's leaving. |
