As for the above message, it concerns today's incident and several others not involving you. I define "being a dick" on a day-to-day basis because I do contract law for a living, I have no interest in doing so when I'm off the clock. Quite simply, it is: being a dick. Impersonating others qualifies, as has been mentioned before on this board and in various conversations - and as was told directly to you. You were explicitly informed it was a Rule One. You made your decision about where to go from there, and where it led you is off the server.
You can feel however you like, but whether or not you think it's justified or defensible is entirely besides the point. I don't need to justify or defend anything. I have one rule. You broke it. You were told you broke it. You didn't care. So: in the future, I guess you'll care a little bit more. |
