Really? They "wrote you up"? How did you not challenge that in court? I mean, even if you did throw something, there's no way they'd be able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you were in posession of drugs unless they found it and it was drugs. I had a similar incident recently, but after I started talking about probable cause and taking down the guy's badge number, they stopped being so pushy.
