This article's abstract claims that experimental evidence shows the uncertainty principle is invalid.  In fact the Heisenburg Uncertainty principle is not an experimental result, but rather a simple mathematical deduction from the axioms of Quantum Physics.   Since the momentum and position operators do not commute, it can be shown that it is impossible to be in an eigenstate of both operators simultaneously.  If the commutator of the two operators happens to = (h/2*Pi) then then minimum value for the product of the uncertainties is = (h/4*Pi).

So the claims of the article at face value appear to be nonsensical.
