we also decided that ken and ryu are involved in international refugee traficing. u see, ken is the bad guy (he has red closethes and is american) and he is trying to get the refugee and illegal aleans in for $$. Ken is the law agent assigned 2 stop him. the refugees are played by the random ppls in the bakround. expecially the american boat stage and the spanish "vega is such a fag" stage
