no causality => no correlation is HYPER NOT TRUE because mb some other stupid thing causes both of them--stupid latent variables always pissing me off
your example violates the faithfulness condition which isn't impossible, just unlikely.
like if i raise taxes and the economy shrinks so the tax base is smaller but more taxes collected per base so mb tax revenue stays the same and also if i lower taxes the opposite happens <--this is possible but really unlikely 4 the two causes 2 cancel each other!
