tobot Hb sounds like a cool thing 2 me
i think it is only 4 when u r working in a key because G G# A A# are never ALL in the same key unless u r using a weirdo chromato-scale that the monkys didnt think would hapen in a christian society
so if u only work with DIATONIC scales as keys then it always works because u will never have 2 account for chords that dont appear in ur scale
i.e. the roman number = numerical position order of note chord in ur dietetic scale
[(and every time u change keys u start over again with the new I being the root of ur new key but i never rite songs in keys neways so BORING)]

in C major CAPITALS = will b major triad and lowercase = will b minor triad
ps if that symbol after b and vii didnt work it was supposed 2 look like a degrees sign which means "DIMINISHED" thx u
