Overall, the framework of the DSM-VI fits into neither the medical approach of the DSM-IV or the information/complexity theoretic models of the DSM-V.  Instead, the sixth edition emphasizes the bold new Market-based psychology models proposed by the esteemed nobel laureate, Ayn Rand Reanimated Clone #62-H.  Psychologinators in attendance agreed that this was the only approach consistent with Man qua Man, as an Objective and Rational being.
