as you embrace me, know that you're embracing fire, as my body burns with more and more dormant rage. I am not supposed to see certain things, but I am seeing them anyway, cause I can't refrain from digging. Why do I keep digging? What's wrong with me? There are rotting corpses under the ground and I could just let them become part of the soil and maybe nourish it - instead I keep digging and bringing them to the surface. |
