now reflect on the fact that doing those two things will keep you alive, at least for the molment.
nothing else in your life is keeping you alive, for just this molment.
when you think of it that way, perhaps you can relax. or perhaps not. it seems to help me, anyway.
i stay up all night, hate the outdoors, identify better with a forign culture better than my own and have no interest in complex inter-personal relationships. but thats just who i am. i dont really think of it as something wrong.
andrea is on to something here. you need to dither. take all the million little un-important things that weign you down, and dither them into one of 16 (or less) colors via an averaging of the colors for a given area. deal with the 16 colors. |
