Yes, both of those are already working. Schizophrenic fiction (now known as snoot.com Collaborative Fiction) supports voting, summaries, and automatic chapter-splits. This should make for much better stories. snoot.com Binary Fiction (CYOS) looks a little bit nicer, and supports reporting of offensive/stupid nodes, which sould also help to keep the stories better quality.
