Yes, I'm an old Scribbler and one of the WebTV players. I agree. We need a place to explain some concepts to newbies....like there are only 4 s's and they need to be used wisely. And they need to know we all are working together to get a high scoring game. This isn't a competition. I saw where someone got real huffy because someone else gave a hint for a setup. I like hints. |

Yeah, I'm sort of waiting for the game to turn graphical so all the old regulars get re-addicted again. It kind of irks me when someone plays a word down the column *next* to the triple word scores, etc...
I agree about the strategy thing though. Maybe there should be a link to a list of things to keep in mind when playing.

boy oh boy you'd be in some major trouble if you hadn't mentioned ME as one of the old timers!!! I'm jumping up and down on my couch here.. I'm going to get out my old PC and look up some of the email addies of some of the old regs...
