What is this in response to?
I assume it's about not saving the s's for the triple word scores or not saving the triples for eight-letter words.
The only advice I can give is that you should attempt to make an eight-letter word if the triple word scores are set for you to do so -- otherwise just make a small play, preferrably with setting up another triple word score in mind, and let someone else try to use the triple. The s's are really valuable for these purposes so try to save them.
Or, you can just play whatever you want. It is just a game after all and the expert boards are there for a reason.
