Yup your right - it is like boggle (but before boggles time LOL)

Ok it'd be no different then scrabble as far as being a "1 player game" - you sign on a board get say 3 min to write as many words as you can - then you'll have to wait till someone else has done one to try and come up with more words yourself...

Very similar to scrabble in that manner

I was so addicted to that game for a while - LOL :)

The game would be just like scrabble except that it'd be words placed in columns instead of on a board...

As far as it being less likely to be
suseptible to dictionaries or computer generated scrabble helpers - I think it'd be more likely..

In scrabble - I think 99% of the challenge is in finding the best possible place to put words - utilizing what's already there - what is still left in the "bag" how to manipulate the colored tiles.. and so on. Those who
just grab a dictionary and look up all words starting with Z...actually cost us alot of points. They'll throw in a 7 letter word for 30 points .. cause it "looks good" .. when those 7 tiles coulda been used for 150 points used in more creative ways.

With "argo" or "Boggle" all one would have to do is just put the words down not try and find the most creative way of placing them - but what would be the point? I'd imagine someone doing that would get bored rather quickly - but what your doing here is providing a medium - and if for some strange reason they'd "enjoy" simply looking in dictionary for words starting with ph..and listing them all...well.. then you're goal would be accomplished. :)

I played argo - more hours then I could count - the thrill was in trying to beat my last record.. :)

But as I said I think it'd be way more suseptible to that type of thing - but well? if that's what people enjoy doing - then let em... LOL. those of us who want to challenge ourselves personally to see if we can break our personal record - will look for a "game 16" :)

Hope I'm not to verbose

LOL

Still luv ya
