These games identify people with the hostname from which they are accessed. It seems that WebTV recently switched people to a cache system where many users seem to be coming from the same host (one of the cache servers). You might want to ask WebTV if you can connect to the internet as you used to; ie, without the cache.

Try figuring your word using "see" and placing it in graphic mode. Be a little stubborn, if it won't go under regular method, try the "expert" method. I can make them all work except game 2, which totally locks me out when I follow a webtv'er. Have fun!
