can u imbed stuffs (i.e. tags) into the forums HTML such that:
a text 2 speach program, stored on a local machine, could read the page and use the tags in it 2 kno whos voice 2 read and how, and would use different voices 4 the different ppl.
thats for the "no more reading approach 2 internet" i wish 2 listen 2 arguements, discussions, etc, generated for mostly aural decompression |
