max in photoshed 3 i think u can use export...gif89a to do prety good exporting
or actualy use mode...index color 2 convert, pick 'adaptive' that is prety good, but in photoshed modern version, there is 'perceptual' color model, which is xcelent compared 2 'adaptive'
