max sometimes you do the right thing in the beautiful graphics and icons world

but computer does something slightly different in the corresponding bits and bytes and files world

MAYBE U R INFECTED WITH .DS_Store !!!!!!!

actually i have notice that when I save new files to desktop using Terminal that Finder (Finder:Mac::Explorer:Windows) sometimes takes a while to notice anything has changed

maybe your webbrowser (You better be using Safari or Chimera not fuxing Internet Explode--you are not permitted to defy both Chuck Darwin and Dick M. Stallman) saves a file to Desktop and deletes old file, but "delete" just means "forget about" but Finder still remembered (NEVER FORGET) and gives you an old file EVEN THOUGH YOU DELETED IT
then sometime while you were at class Finder is like "well I've got nothing better to do let's check to see if I'm supposed to forget anything--OOP here is a completely new file that has the same filename as an old file! Well I'm sure Max won't notice that I am gonna start using the old file now!"

that's my story and i am sticking to it!!!!!!!! escape works if it does not work on your mac then your mac is broked!!!!!
