proxy i am not sure what u r asking but this examp may clear up it: every digital photo graph can be encoded in2 a very large number (size like 2^(8*3*640*480) wich is huge!!!!!), so a finitist or a infinitist might conclude that "all digital picture exist in universe!" because all encoding exist. But my ultrafine self says that is poppycock--we do not just have as many nums as we want and they are not synonymous with the concepts that their symbols denote ! |
