i am not sure exactly how good it stays synchronized across different flash players (stupid linux flash 6.0 gots HUGE FRIGGIN LAG)
but u just import mp3, set to stream, stick into a layer, put a keyframe at the end of the sound then start crasy drawings! at least in newest flash vers
