i am not saying one is better tan the other, but mb u should read backwards in time u know? becuase u cant know ur own history or n-e thing, u only know the parts u were there for. this is why i read newsweakers often. then, as u get more time, u read the older books and learn about the current times. much injoyment comes from this, i should think.
yeah, the new book has realivence for US and peroples who know the talk, but someday they 2 will be classics and then, mb, i will have read all perspective classics! becuase i dont think they will study moby dick in year 2070 or something, which is when i plan to die (mb, u keneverrt know about scicence theis days and ages). io think they will study gibson and stirling and whatnot.
mb i am stupid and I should get cracking on the old books and learn the old school. becuase then i can use it to.... um.... well....
modern book is useless also, but at least its not a chore to read! besides, i read the book about flatland and thats from year 1590 something becuase it were way old! and i am smarter! but what can melville teach me>? |
