Somehow I think of the arctic region the same way as the top of the screen in super Mari or like Minecraft "far lands" like u r somehow subverting the intentions of geography by being up there. Especially if u do a cheat like ice age land bridge, or global warming northwest passage.
When I hear about any land mass or people in the arctic, other than Alaska, there is still some circuit in my head that thinks its all made up like icy Atlantis. |
