Whoops, here I go! Falling in love again, and twice, no less. Why do these things come when you least expect them?
The first one is expensive. There are problems, and there is much stress. By throwing money at the troubles I hope to make things better. My brand new Toyota Sera has been struck by a van. The door and wing will cost over £1000 to repair, but for my dream car, I want the work done by a specialist as only the best will do.
The other is unrealised. A girl of unsurpassed beauty and witty, charming manner, but who knows when I shall see her again? Her hair falls in waves like long black curtains of finest silk, her eyes glimmer darkly with laughter and entrancing mystery. I know now how people say they can drown in a person's eyes. She is slender and supple as the willow, with lips made to be kissed.
I hope she likes me... as more than an acquaintance; more than a friend.

Why do thunderbolts strike together? For months I had sought the right car, a Sera I could recondition to perfection, before finding one that needed next to nothing done at all. For months I had idled along single, not dating but not really looking, before she stepped into my life.
My two loves have not met yet, but she likes attractive cars. And I am sure that my Sera likes beautiful girls.
I just hope they don't elope together and leave me alone...
*grin*
