A most genuine Thank you, my friend. I am swept away by your dangerous cliffs and storms, enchanted by the pre-dawn sounds, and touched by your obvious affection for the curls beside you on the pillow. My mood has mellowed, the rain finally broke the heat wave and the restlessness leaves me. I'm still curious about that word "Stasis". Maybe I don't really want to know what it means.
Beside me on the pillow is that same little freak of a dog that was in the photograph. She never fails to make me laugh and never tells me what to do or what's wrong with me. That sounded cynical ~ which I'm not really ~ just content, for today anyway. ThNx! |

Sparse ...
Saw a band named Sparse playing live in the market last week (or was it the week before)?
http://www.sparseempire.com/ (there's music on the site - including 3 complete songs under "free downloads").
Nice (and very unusual) sound - shame their lyrics can be a bit defeatist. Very good live!

I feel a urge to quote you, F. Replace "Brisbane" with "Roma", and you'll see me on the other side of the mirror. |
