As I recall, that one's Historic. That is, it always was broken... I asked Andrea once and he said he didn't actually have the first frame any more.
There's a couple of other anomalies I've let Andrea know about; you can get 208 by going to http://www.lastcereal.com/strips/208_0.gif.
Renaming it to 208_1.gif should give a quick easy fix :)
