Thank-you for speaking up on this issue. A few others have brought it up in the past. The experts can be quite cruel to the novices. I do my best to play a cooperative game. Then the mean comments start (and most are directed at webbies for some reason) and I find myself not having fun when others are being picked on. I want to stick up for those being picked on and when I do, I am then attacked.
