Disregarding 15-letter plays, I'm pretty sure the highest score on a "conventional play" would be the set-up "AIDS" to A1, followed by the word QUIZMASTER at A1 across, forming the word QAIDS in the process. Such a play would be worth 505 points. Yes, slight improvments to this could be made (say, placing AIDS, then AM, then QUIZMASTER for 509), but if we're talking about a straight set-up and triple-triple, 505 is it...
