My two cents:

I've wondered why players don't have to go through the instructions before getting to the link for the boards. As it is now, you get to Scribble and can start playing without ever having to read anything -- and I suspect that's what many do. It's great that the instructions are there, but since the set up is so similar to a Scrabble board I believe many players come in, think they're playing Scrabble, and just have at it. Like deni said, though, this does not include those well-known trolls that I believe make specific plays to junk up the board. I don't know what to do about them.

Once someone has gotten through the instrucions, they can then save the game page as a favorite -- I have it saved that way now, so why not make the instructions the first page everyone opens? I know this won't stop the trolls we already have, but it may stop the newbies from playing a 6 point word on a triple, or using 3 esses at once!

And I second Mike's suggestion about the games down under -- I have only played words on those boards twice but look at them frequently to see how the experts play, and I can't believe the number of trolls I see in there making inane plays and ruining boards.
