Yes, Mike's definition would be accurate.  I don't know how it works with seperate proxies, but I often have to re-try the same play 4 times to get it to post.  

Also, once a game is started, it remains locked by that player until quit so that there is no trolling... (intentional mischieve - not that that would EVER happen at scribble ;-)

(If you need space, I have a cozy 7000kbs of ad-free bandwidth I'd be willing to donate.  Is that anywhere near enough?)

Mike, why would solitare games cause chaos on the regular boards? It seems to me it would cause <i>less</i> aggravation for 2 reasons: those games would not be locked up for solo play, plus solitare play -- a practise labeled "hypocrisy" by one scribble devotee -- wouldn't be confused with regular play.
