No, I did not have to evacuate as I was already out of the area at the time the storm hit. I had gone on vacation with my family two weeks prior. We have been and will continue to be staying with a relative in another state (who has web tv btw). You can choose to believe me or not, it doesn't really matter to me. But I am not a liar neither am I an unkind person. You know nothing about me so please do not judge me and how I choose to spend my time. I am not a young person but I am not senile yet either. I have been a nurse in the N.O. area for almost 30 yrs. and it is very devastating to me that I will not be able to go back there. |
