He's referring to the chat - under each game board is a list of the plays made, and we can post messages in chat when we make plays. Surely you've noticed the line for a message under the line where you enter your play. Did you never wonder where that message was posted?
You are encouraged to read the chat.
And it's considered rude to send messages in all caps -- it's the equivalent of shouting. |
