Bitwig may well be a better version of Ableton Live, but they are still a relatively small company with maybe 4 or 5 developers, Ableton have many many more developers. Believe me, much prodding has taken place. Also, don't forget that one of Bitwig's selling points is that they are multi-platform, supporting macOS, Linux and that other one. I'd say that accusing them of dragging their feet is a little harsh! |
