Thanks anyway, its a great Plugin.
Just incase anyone else is interested, a workaround i found is by sliding your recorded clip up by 1/4 or 1/8 or whatever (so it will be out of time), apply Skidder which will now be silencing the "on beat" and playing the offbeat) then just solo that track and export the clip, reimport it and drag it back into position. now it will skid on the offbeats.
