I'd just like to say that the people who stick to the expert games and never touch Games #1 thru #14, are not the people insulting anyone on the beginner games. Most of the true "experts", and there are probably less than 10 or 12 of us, haven't touched a beginner board in years. We have nothing against beginners, as long as they stick to the proper boards. However, we reserve the right to (and usually will) insult players if they make a clearly boneheaded (read: "newbie") play on the expert boards. ;-)

P.S. Let us define an "expert" as someone who has significantly participated in a game above 1500 points... to become one, study the strategies used in games over 1500 points in the archive... it's a very exclusive club :-) |
