I already tried getting the guy to add the word DELOREAN in ... he wouldn't budge. hehe. Yet consider the following sentence:
"To celebrate his successfully triple-bypass operation, in which three STENTS were placed in major cardiac arteries, Ralph bought himself a used DELOREAN." ;-)
