The dictionary is supposed to be based on the Official Scrabble Player's Dictionary (plus some more words from a British English scrabble dictionary).

I'm not interested in changing it, but you can get the word list if you like:

All of the words you've listed are legitimate words with definitions -- you didn't look hard enough:

indicias (n. pl.) -- distinctive marks

outfast (v.) -- to abstain from eating food for a longer period of time than someone else

snoozle (v.) -- to nuzzle

zincy (adj.) -- resembling or composed of the metal zinc

rax (v.) -- to stretch (chiefly Scottish)

Kapish?  :-)   or, should I say: kapish (interj.) -- "get it?"  :)
