Well, time goes by in real time according to the server, so I can guarantee that it's not short changing you. But there is certainly some latency between what time the server reports and what time it actually is, since it takes a moment for the page to reach you (especially through a proxy like with webtv). If you just submit many words at once this isn't so much of a problem... |

Alpha,
The timing thing has happened to me too in Muddle. However, I believe it was WebTV that was the problem--I try and always check the speed and load times before playing now.

Speaking of timing, when you look at recent games that have already finished the time displayed is sometimes wacky too. Take the following game for instance where the time for one player is 7716 sec.
