Never having seen any play attributed to webby 5, I felt he/she is a new player and was only stating what the instructions say - to play cooperatively - to point out what appears to be a misperception of scribble. I wasn't raging against the machine, being bitter or angry, While I can't change someone else's behavior, if a player appears to misunderstand the game's objective, why should I be chatised for restating what's in the instructions?

I'm a webbie myself, and that may be why I'm sensitive to what I consider bad plays by other webbies, but off the top of my head I can think of 5 webbie's (not newbies)  that consistently make block triples, play incredibly low scoring words on the triple, and use premium tiles wantonly. I can't think of 5 non-newbie PC'ers that do - if I'm wrong, I apologize, but that's my perception.

I agree we have to play with what we get - how can you play otherwise? - so why do you play 2 or more words in a row in the regular boards? To get high scoring words, to block others from ruining a game or making a play you see? If so, you are not "making the best of it", you're silently raging against the machine by controlling the behavior of other players, blocking them out and not allowing them to play as they wish. If not, why do you make more than 1 play at a time? If you want to play a solo game, you should be playing the expert games. You are an expert player, and I'm not saying you shouldn't play the regular boards, but if you want to break the rules, the expert games are the place to do so.
