I've sometimes wanted to be able to change a letter that's been played on the board, like Upwords.

Being able to delete the previously played word, though - as Bad Penny says, could cause a LOT of mischief, and would be the ultimate in uncooperative play.

What a delightfully pompous and cooperative attitude!!!  Why don't you just play your game and let everybody else do the same?
