This site "sees" all webbies as one player, so that is why you have troubles if you come to what I refer as a webbie weblock.
There are ways to work around it, but it's kind of a PITA. I usually email one of my 'puter buddies and ask if they'd run the board, but they're not always around ;-(
If you get the "You can't make more than one play at a time" gray screen, use your back button and change the way you entered your word. If you used the drop-down menus, type in the code for the play (h2d.word) that is described in the instructions, and vice-versa. You may still keep getting the gray screen, but this works more often than not.
