I'd missed scribbler's q-wd, too, so checked the game yesterday after seeing the comments. He may have another solution, but if I worked it out correctly, zoa would have fit at K1 (the o from logo being there, and after playing qaid you'd have had aaz left), and then only an a would have had to have been placed (which I didn't check for, but there's probably a place for it).
