Also, if a troll made a really bad play on purpose in another game, (not the one I mentioned above), another player ending the game shows the troll that he was not successful in his attempts to anger people because the game started anew with no arguements involved. I don't think it was people making rules, but they were making more of a "what's best for the game" decision.  Another way to show the troll he was not successful, (mentioned in another post), is to welcome the challenge and play a good game in spite of his purposeful bad play. Either way wins out.  I doubt very much that it was a new player that made the bad moves by accident because it was said that this occured in an expert game, which means he knew about the expert games and it is doubtful that a first time player would know about them. It sounds very much like it was done on purpose.  Now I am off to fight crime and solve world problems..HAA!..In reality, I'm off to see if baby's diaper needs changing..HA!  It's a bird, it's a plane..No, it's Super MOM...HAA!  (I'm just in a silly mood today.)  :-P
