I believe you mean the First Amendment. There's no such thing as the first ADMENDMENT, unless it's in the advertisers' code.
The First Amendment does not protect someone using profanity in what are called "fighting words" directed at another person, such as you've been using them in this message board and the game chat.
If that's too difficult for you to grasp, it means freedom of speech don't apply here. |
