I guess you've forgotten that this is Tom's site -- he created it, and he can worry about whatever he decides to worry about and make whatever decisions he wants about the site. Being rude about him in his site is biting the hand that feeds you if you want to keep playing -- remember he can shut it down any time he wants!
I agree that the trolls are irritating, but WE see them as trolls, and maybe Tom doesn't. They definately need to keep out of the expert games, and that's one reason it only takes 2 votes to end an expert game.
