Comments after the game has ended would be really cool. There've been many times that I've come in and seen that someone else has finished a game, and I want to add some comment - usually congratulations.
While we're here, I have some more suggestions for new variants. If we can have all queens and all knights, why not all bishops or all rooks? What about a "long knight" (e.g. b1-c4 instead of b1-c3)? What about a piece that combines bishop and knight or rook and knight instead of bishop and rook? I'm sure we could dig up some fun graphics for some of those.
At some point, the number of variants could get pretty unwieldy. Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing some of the kirby/barricade variants cut to make room for new ones, but others might want to cut "pass the pawns" which I happen to enjoy. Another possibility might be to have more boards, perhaps in different areas, if resources allow etc.
