Yes,aesthetics being subjective to me is art...afterall if they were not subjective no type of new art would ever appear.In many ways I guess the challenge now is to create art that has no aesthetics(impossible probably)the point is debate is encouraged but people should not be so argumentative over somethings.I mean too many horrible things are happening in the world for people to start fighting over something like what one considers art and what one does not.Apparently Vla and I have different tastes in art but I am perfectly willing to hear what he considers good art and look at it and evaluate and try to understand what is good about it instead of condeming it. |
