Okay, I'm pretty sure that in Cubase 5, the DSP state is not reset when you stop and restart playback. It works in such a way that your effects continue when you press start (good for letting reverbs die out, for example, but bad if you actually want silence when you press stop). So stopping and restarting unforunately won't work for you, but pressing the bypass button twice (turn it off, then turn it back on) should do the trick. |
