Broken FFT is almost done in terms of the effect -- I want to add a few more things and delete some of the useless parameters. But it needs a GUI badly, or otherwise it is totally incomprehensible. Marc and I are currently working on a new GUI framework (mostly really tedious work, which is why it's going slowly for my part at least), and after we do that we'll have a lot of plugins to release!
