Hey, i don't know WHY i didn't think of doing this before hand, but buffer-overide can be used as pretty much the exact same effect that the they use on neo in the matrix when the silver stuff coats him. just make a rather "extreme" effect, and set a vst envelope. anyway i've done that in my latest song, "Halloween" at http://www.mp3.com/saul2paul (first one on the list, half way through the song in the scream thing)
i've actualy noticed ALOT of buffer overide in movies/pop'ish rock laitly... is there an expensive hollywood effect that does this? |

hi again
one thing about skidder - i often want to set the pulsewidth to 0, so that every pulse is randomised. but it's really hard (read: impossible) to avoid clicking with this setting. tuning the slope makes things a little better, but do you have any advice/is it something you could magically make work?
thanks

i love all yr plugins - i used to spend hours tweaking midi cc's to get the effect that skidder does for me automatically... fantastic! and transverb, and buffer over-ride, and scrubber and geometer (although the last two don't see so much use...)
anyway, there all going to feature on my next album on sonig (mouse on mars's label) which won't some out til next year, but i just wanted to tell you anyway. and when the advance comes through, i'll send some of it in yr direction :)
thanks!

Hey guys. You know me and you know I love your plugins.
There is one thing I'd like to be able to do with the BO2 plugin: fine adjustments to the buffer divisor. In some host applications (Fruity, Logic), it's quite difficult to get a whole-number buffer divisor with the GUI.
Should I just live with it and make fine adjustments in the host applications' editors?
Anyway, great stuff. Can't wait for some new plugs!

Geometer is the best!!!
I have 1 problem though
When I save in Cubase 5.1 on a mac
and reload it doesn't save the changes I made. It just reverts to an obscure setting no even in your presets.
The only way I can get it back is to save the patch then take it out of the insert then reload it in the insert, then load up the patch again.
Any Ideas???
this plugin rules and I will continue to use it, its just a little bit of a painful process.
Thanks

Oops, yea the name of the song is "You are loved (my memory of you)" - first one listed. It's a cover of a Defence Mechanism song.
