This looks pretty good!
Why not give a totally exhaustive account of scoring? You don't mention the bonuses for using lots of tiles, for instance.
if (isnew >= 7) {
wordscore += ((isnew-6)*25);
}
... where isnew is the number of tiles used from the rack.
Why not add a link to the dictionary?
